Return and Exchanges

Consumer could return or exchange their products if they find any defects or maybe they simply picked wrong size of their desired items. We provide steps to exchange or return our products below:
  1. If the products have any manufactured defects or customer choose wrong size of their items, customer could return their items to be replace by new items with the same value.
  2. . Customerss can only get the same items, or items with less value than the old ones depend by its availability. Items with higher value and money reimbursement are not available.
  3. Customers need to confirm their return process as well as return format by directly contact us via whatsapp or e-mail.
  4. Customers could return their items by using …….. as our official partner to get free return delivery fee. Customers could also directly send the products via other shipments, however we won’t reimburse the delivery fee.
  5. Return process usually takes 1-2 weeks after we received the old product from our customer. We would send the shipment process details via email and ‘Track Order’ section at our websites.
